TRAVELING WITH LIMERICKS

by Miradi Mwanza T., Age 12 , Grade 6, Kerria Primary School, Atlantis, WESTERN CAPE SOUTH AFRICA
Teacher: B. PETERSEN

A PAINTER, WHO LIVED IN GREAT BRITAIN
INTERRUPTED TWO GIRLS WITH KNITTING
HE SAID WITH A SIGH
THAT PARK BENCH YOU KNOW I
I NEED A FRONT DOOR FOR A HALL
THE REPLACMENT I BOUGHT WAS TOO SMALL
SO I HACKED AND I CHOOPED IT
AND CAREFULLY LOPPED IT
AND NOW THE DUMB THING IT IS TOO SMALL
THERE WAS ONCE A GIRL NAMED JILL
SHE NEVER IN HER LIFE SAT STILL
EVERYONE LOVE TALKING
BUT SHE LIKES TALKING
JILL SHOULD CONSIDER TALKING A CHILL PILL
