Home

by Rhianna N., Age 15 , Grade 9

You are a house I want to grow old with

Not a home with four walls,

But one with two arms and a

Crooked smile

I could move

Or leave but I know

I’m not without you

And we aren’t stationary

Even if our hearts are

Miles apart

Walls decorated in memories

And how

The touch of your lips

Set me aflame when I’m

Nothing

But

A bed of roses
